THOUGHTS 891 TO 896

MY THOUGHT 891
AS WE REMEMBER AND HONOR THE VETERANS ON VETERAN’S DAY, WE SHOULD ALSO HONOR THE PEACE OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS FOR THEIR SERVICE. EmilKoval©2010

MY THOUGHT 892
REMEMBER THAT THE POLITICIANS MAKE THE WARS, NOT THE SERVICEMEN. CRITICIZE THE POLITICIANS AND HONOR THE SERVICE PERSONNEL FOR SERVING. EmilKoval©2010

MY THOUGHT 893
REMEMBER THAT THE MEDIA CAN REPORT THE TRUTH AND SAY YES OR NO TO WAR. THE SERVICE PERSONNEL IS COMPELLED TO SERVE. THEY HAVE NO CHOICE. EmilKoval©2010

MY THOUGHT 894
OUR CHOICE IS TO BELIEVE OR CRITICIZE THE POLITICIAN OR THE MEDIA. OUR SERVICE PERSONNEL SHOULD NOT BE USED AS FODDER FOR POLITICAL GAINS OR MEDIA COFFERS. EmilKoval©2010

MY THOUGHT 895
VISIT SERVICE PERSONNEL IN A HOSPITAL TODAY AND GIVE THEM MORAL SUPPORT FOR THEIR SACRIFICES. WE ONLY HEAR THE BODY COUNT. IF WE HEARD THE WOUNDED (PHYSICAL/EMOTIONAL) COUNT, MAYBE THERE WOULD BE NO RUSH TO WAR. EmilKoval©2010

MY THOUGHT 896
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MEET PEOPLE WHO ARE TRULY PEACE ADVOCATES, TALK TO A VETERAN ABOUT WAR. THEY ARE NOT PRO-WAR. THEY MAY TELL YOU WITH PRIDE HOW THEY SURVIVED. HOWEVER, THEY WILL NOT ADVOCATE WAR. HONOR THEM FOR THEIR SERVICE. EmilKoval©2010

THOUGHTS 887 TO 890

MY THOUGHT 887
DURING THESE HARD TIMES FOR MOST OF US, GO VISIT A VETERAN’S HOSPITAL, A VETERAN’S HOSPICE, OR A VETERAN’S CEMETERY. THEN REFLECT ON YOUR TRIALS IN LIFE AND COMPARE YOUR PROBLEMS WITH THEIRS. EmilKoval©2010

MY THOUGHT 888
WHEN YOU FAIL AT SOMETHING, IT IS NOT A DEFEAT AS LONG AS YOU KEEP TRYING. REFUSING TO TRY AGAIN AND AGAIN IS THE REAL DEFEAT. EmilKoval©2010

MY THOUGHT 889
BE LIKE THE OYSTER WHICH TAKES AN IRRITANT AND WORKS INTO A PEARL. WHEN THINGS GET UNDER YOUR SKIN, WORK THEM INTO BEAUTIFUL PEARLS OF WISDOM. EmilKoval©2010

MY THOUGHT 890
DO NOT REGRET THAT SOME OLD FRIENDS AND RELATIVES ARE NOT WITH YOU IN YOUR PRESENT. THERE IS ALWAYS A REASON THAT THEY DIDN’T CONTINUE IN YOUR PRESENT. EmilKoval©2010
