DO NOT TRY TO CONTROL OR DENY ‘YOUR’ ANGER. YOU MUST EMBRACE YOUR ANGRY AND UNDERSTAND IT COMPLETELY. THEN YOU CAN HAVE SOME CONTROL OVER WHEN TO EXPRESS IT. YOU WILL COME TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR ANGER ONLY HURTS YOU. IF YOU DIRECT IT AT SOMEONE, THAT PERSON WILL EITHER IGNORE YOU OR FEED YOUR ANGER.
