THIS TYPE OF PERSON NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO USE THE TOOLS OF MEDIATION, EXERCISE, BREATHING, AND HONEST INTROSPECTION TO BE PREPARED UNEXPECTED ENCOUNTERS WITH THEIR PHOBIAS.
