THEN LOOK AT HOW RIGID OR FLEXIBLE YOU ARE SPIRITUALLY, PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, AND EMOTIONALLY. FORGETTING: FORGETTING A NEGATIVE THAT HAS HAPPENED TO DOES NOT MEAN THAT THAT NEGATIVE EVENT DID NOT HAPPEN. IT MEANS THAT YOU WILL NO LONGER DWELL ON THAT PARTICULAR NEGATIVITY.
