LISTEN TO YOUR INTERNAL VOICES AND MINDFULLY LISTEN TO THOSE AROUND YOU WHO EXPRESS OPINIONS ABOUT YOU. IF THEY ARE PERCEIVED NEGATIVES, THEN CHANGE YOURS AND THEIR PERCEPTIONS.
