STRESS IN USUALLY HANDLED IN THREE BASIC WAYS: 1) ACT OUT ONE’S FRUSTRATION PHYSICALLY OR VERBALLY WHICH CAN PRODUCE DIRE CONSEQUENCES, 2) MEDICATE ONESELF WHICH CAN PRODUCE NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS, OR 3) GO INWARD TO UNDERSTAND THE WHO, WHAT, WHY, AND HOW OF YOUR FRUSTRATIONS. STRESS: THE MORE ONE IS AWARE OF THE INNER SELF, THE EASIER IT BECOMES TO HANDLE STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. REMEMBER THAT IF ONE’S EXTERNAL ACCEPTANCE BY OTHERS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ONE’S INNER ACCEPTANCE OF ONESELF, THAN THAT STRESS WILL CONTROL ONE’S REACTIONS. IF ONE’S INTERNAL ACCEPTANCE OF ONESELF IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ONE’S EXTERNAL ACCEPTANCE BY OTHERS, THAN ONE WILL BE IN CONTROL OF ONE’S REACTIONS TO STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. EmilKoval©2014
